The hyena is often a very underrated and overlooked animal. They are incredibly intelligent animals with a strong sense of community and hierarchy, living in large groups and despite common belief are good hunters due to teamwork and scavenge very little. As the sun sets and light begins to die, this matriarch looks back over her shoulder to the pack, ready to lead the way into the night for their next hunt.
